Improved:
 a. If the user install PComm Lite for Windows 9x/NT prior to 
    installing PComm Lite 2000, PComm Lite Diagnostic 2000 will fail 
    to find installed Moxa board. This version fixes this problem.

Utility Improved:
  a. PComm Terminal supports VT100 graphics characters.
  b. PComm Terminal supports Moxa NPower console.
  c. PComm Diagnostic fail to display PCI bus/dev number problem fixed.
  d. In PComm Diagnostic, single port self-loopback test will fail in 
     previous version. This version fixes this problem.

PComm Library Improved:
  a. Fail to link pcomm.lib in Visaul C++ 5.x or older version 
     problem fixed.
